SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message communications provided by Rapid Reconciliation.

1.SMS Program Description

Rapid Reconciliation uses SMS communications to communicate with individuals and businesses regarding services and existing interactions with Rapid Reconciliation.

Messages may include:

  • Reconciliation request updates
  • Account-related communications
  • Document requests
  • Requests for additional information
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Meeting reminders
  • Status updates
  • Customer-support communications
  • Responses to inquiries
  • Other service-related communications

Rapid Reconciliation does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited third-party marketing messages.

2.Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing consent to receive SMS messages from Rapid Reconciliation, you authorize Rapid Reconciliation to send text messages to the mobile telephone number for which consent was provided.

Consent may be provided through an approved website form, documented verbal consent, or another compliant opt-in method.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

Providing a telephone number to a funder, broker, referral partner, or other third party does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS messages from Rapid Reconciliation.

3.Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account, reconciliation request, communication needs, and interaction with Rapid Reconciliation.

4.Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Rapid Reconciliation is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5.Opting Out

You may opt out of Rapid Reconciliation SMS communications at any time by replying:

STOP

After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

After your opt-out is processed, Rapid Reconciliation will stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you subsequently provide valid consent to resume SMS communications.

7.Supported Carriers

SMS availability may depend on the recipient’s wireless carrier, mobile device, service plan, geographic location, and network availability.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rapid Reconciliation respects the privacy of SMS recipients.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with third parties.
